Sorted...

Kinda - took flipping long enough and reconfiguration of PC but finally my home static PC is wireless so I don't have to sit on the floor near the front door he he!

Still struggling with my lappy though!

I tell you what though - god knows how some people are expected to sort this thing out by themselves!

Anyway E went to her dads yesterday for a sleepover (2nd time in abuot two years) so it meant I could tinker all night and morning to get it sorted)! She is due back this afternoon but as usual (as befoer) she comes back full of attitude from getting her own way all the time! Hope that will go with age!

Anyway I've not said much about my new house so here we go... Its a bit strange living in a town again but I certainly dont feel as isolated as up on my hill. FOr all it was a wonderful place to live socially it was a nightmare and financially pretty draining so I made the right decision to move.

My new house is a lovely detached 3 bed house in the lovely market town of Stokesley :) where I went to school. So real close to E's school and her mates close buy which is good. Its also a lot easier to look after and the lawn only takes about 30 mins to cut instead of 4 hours! E has really settled in well and I've never had so many visitors in my life lol - all welcome of course!

Majorly Pissed Off!

Ok got moved fine! Cooker connection was wrong so had to buy a new cooker! (was simpler than other alternative!).

The biggest pain in the A*** is the fact the house only has one phone point which is near the front door (I mean!!!!!) so decided to go wireless! Great bought a lovely shiny new router.... all installed - will it work!!!! NOPE and i'm sick of speaking to people in India (no offence at all I am in no way racist at all but they can't understand me at all!).... So have lappy and normal PC the only I can use is the lappy and thats is I sit near the front door and hook up old DSL rounter! Arrrggghhhh - If anyone can help this is plea if ever there was one!

Anyway apart from that lovely house settled in fine back at work!

On The Move!

Just so you dont think I have dropped off the side of the earth!

I am moving (finally) tomorrow so my PC will be out of order for a few days - those who know my mobile can obviously stay in touch if needed otherwise will post with news of how the move went!

Genuinely Pissed Off!

Moving tomorrow???? Should be ... sadly not so lets hope next week is 3rd time lucky!

Long time no......

See! Hi everyone I know once again I am apologising for my poor blog entries and once again I have loads of excuses!

Last week of term at work was manic but fun and I went paint balling in the year 7 and 8's - it hurt!!!! and I still have the bruises to prove it!!!!!

Anyway 1st week off was hol down in Dorset and a Catch up with L! andnew fiance P which was awsome. We spent a lovely week down there and was very very lucky with the weather and will post some pics shortly!

Since they got back and some of you may be aware that I am actually moving! I have new house and supposed to be moving on Thursdy but my buyers don't seem quite ready which is frustrating cause I was told they were and now being told not so I am half packed and now being told they wil be ready prior to end of the month hmmmmm - it more complicated here but I am bing polite! Will keep you posted!

Other than that had a fantastic date at the weekend so fingers crossed :)

1st Report Home

Woooo Hooooooooo E's report from school was fantastic - she seems to be storming ahead academically so I am as proud as punch :)

I know I've not blogged much for ages but I've been real stressed lately which I will blog about at another time when I hopefully have some good news :)

So this week saw the Battle of the Bands at my school of which I was a judge. It was actually a fantastic night and E came along and loved it too - she was boogying all night :) until that is the last thrash metal band when it was a litte too scary and she had to go and sit in the sweetie tuck shop cause she was so scared (funny really but I'm starting to think it was all a big ploy to get closer to the cola bottles and fizzy strawberry belts hmmm???)! So this morning she woke up panicking cause her arms hurt - to which I replied was probably the two houts of clapping them above her head hmmm!

Anyway Russians visiting this coming week - I'm going to pick mine up tomorrow :)

Weather....

What is going on with the weather??? One minute I have the heating on then i'm too hot - one minute im sunbathing the next I can't even get to the car without an umberella - reminds me of that scene in Flash Gordon where the weather is going mental!
