Bugger....
Ditched the Ibuprofen as it made me ill - so onto plain old pain killers and once again taking out shares in Deep Heat hmmmmm. On top of that I decided to put Snowboard up in the attic room out of the way last night and what happens today - I drive home in a blizzard - bloody typical - in fact I'm gonna do that more often if it means snow!!!
Have to say though feeling loads better today and nearly off the pain killers now and deep heat - won't be that silly again lol!

What have you done to yourself - sounds painful whatever it is!
Ok swimming with child around my neck as little pool closed due to a horrid kid being sick in it, dancing with E in my arms (shes not light anymore eeeek), her jumping on me whilst I'm asleep (obviously for not much longer ha ha), and playing one to three weeeeeee - hmmmmmm lets just say my back bones aint as supple as a three year olds lol
