Actually just a daft knee hitting the floor with a trip - how childish but bloody hurts
Oh, poor you. Suppose you won't be wearing short skirts for a while until it goes through all shades under the sun. I find that the simplest trips lead to the biggest bruises. Arnica is supposed to be good at making them disappear quickly.
